Michele Kornbluth is a veteran healthcare real estate broker now based in Dallas. She is Director, Healthcare Real Estate Advisory at Lee & Associates DFW, tasked with growing Lee & Associates healthcare division in the DFW market. Michele has been an integral part of the Lee Healthcare Advisory Group from her Maryland office for over 11 years. She concentrates on healthcare brokerage, both tenant rep and medical building investment sales. Michele was previously an associate at NAI KLNB where she was a broker for 10 years focusing on general office and healthcare sales; leasing; and medical tenant representation.
Before joining Lee and prior to her time at KLNB, Michele was an analyst at Lehman Brothers in NYC where she helped execute CMBS loans by providing loan analysis, accurate trade capture and managing price reconciliations. (In her real estate brokerage practice in New Jersey, Michele represented her family’s company where she was an integral member in growing the commercial real estate group.)
