Michel Scibetta-Nicolo is an Associate Broker at DiTommaso Real Estate.
Michel is a top-producing agent servicing all areas of the Real Estate Market. Her dedication is to her sellers and buyers focusing on the individual needs of each client with personal attention.
Prior to her career as a Realtor, she was a high school teacher. There she learned that to lead and succeed in a project, one must listen. She then entered the sales industry and realized her true passion was in sales. She invested and pursued a career in business. As an entrepreneur, she traveled to Asia & India for product manufacturing and distribution. Her business experiences taught her the art of negotiation and the skill to close an argument.
Meanwhile, as she grew in her career in sales she became a NYS Licensed Realtor. She later married and found that city life, traffic, and parking were not ideal for their growing family. They chose to move to the borough that was close enough to Manhattan and Brooklyn to continue working with her network of sellers and buyers, Staten Island was the perfect fit.
In 2020, despite the market challenges of the pandemic, she went above and beyond for her clients and their safety. She received recognition for her efforts and accomplishments and was awarded Top Producer of the Year. In 2021 she was recognized by SIBOR as a top producing agent of 2022. This year in 2023 she was again recognized for her success. Michel Received the Gold Award the top award given by the Staten Island Board of Realtors. Recognized as the top 1% of agents in the borough. Michel is passionate and continues to grow and venture into new projects for the changing market. She recently started a team of agents under her leadership The Nicolo Group.
