Michael Wright serves as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Vancouver office, where he specializes in the delivery of tenant advisory services. Wright primarily advises high-technology firms, from the start-up through to the maturation stages of the business cycle. By helping companies strategically align their real estate with their business plans, Wright develops solutions that solve his client’s requirements, including leasing, subleasing, sales and portfolio optimization. An 11-year real estate veteran, Wright joined Newmark in 2018, after 10 years as a vice president at a Canadian-owned commercial real estate company.
Education
Wright earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University and the marketing management diploma (real estate option) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
