Bio
Michael began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 and knew right from the beginning that he found his passion. He has represented local, regional and national clients by selling, leasing and finding properties to fit their needs. His clients range from first time investors to very seasoned developers to national corporate real estate professionals.
Michael started with Patterson-Woods & Associates in 2003 as a market generalist and over time grew to specialize in the sale of investment properties – focusing on shopping centers, apartments and hotels. He has successfully negotiated and closed sales and leases involving restaurants, movie theatres, warehouses, offices, shopping centers, apartments, hotels, residential subdivisions and vacant land. Michael has successfully worked to acquire and select sites for developers, franchisees and corporate real estate professionals including Rite-Aid, 7-Eleven, Dunkin Donuts, Moes and Chipotle.
In 2014, he relocated to Charlotte, NC with his wife and worked at Marcus & Millichap there he consulted with and represented buyers and sellers of investment properties. In addition to brokering commercial real estate, Michael is an owner of commercial investment properties.
Michael graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Delaware.
Michael feels strongly about giving back to the community and to charitable organizations such as the Greater Charlotte SPCA & St Jude Children’s Hospital.
