Volhawk offers exclusive access to multifamily and other commercial real estate investments to support and empower high-performing, time-constrained professionals in taking control of their financial independence and living life on their terms.
We invest in core-plus and value-add Class B and Class C multifamily properties in landlord- and business-friendly markets with strong economic fundamentals, in addition to net lease retail properties, grocery-anchored shopping centers, and car wash properties.
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Volhawk, I am responsible for business development, investment strategy, acquisitions, due diligence, financing, investor relations, and asset management. I have 25 years of experience structuring, negotiating, and managing private capital investments, including retail, office, and mixed-use real estate funds.
Prior to founding Volhawk, I was a director at Spinnaker Capital LLC in Boston, where I helped launch the firm, cultivated its initial growth, contributed to its development into an operation of institutional size and influence, and co-led a transition to specialized roles as the firm became a Registered Investment Advisor. While at Spinnaker, I twice led the $87 million refinancing of a portfolio of 20+ shopping centers.
