Notable transactions include involvement as a team member in the successful renewal of Merrill Lynch’s 30,000 square foot downtown ten year office lease, three Fred Meyer shopping center exchange sales, a 200,000 square foot industrial relocation for Rose City Moving & Storage, and a 70 acre land sale to FedEx Ground.
