Mike Tussey, a licensed architect, joined Northwood Retail in 2010 and currently oversees construction for the retail portfolio. Specializing in ground-up development, asset redevelopment, and tenant services, he leads the construction team in strategic planning and analysis for the organization.
Prior to joining Northwood Retail, Mr. Tussey worked at real estate development firm, Harvest Partners, and supervised a variety of large-scale retail projects across the United States. Notable developments include The Shops at Park Lane in Dallas, Texas and The Landing in Renton, Washington. From 1993 to 2005, he held senior positions within the Real Estate Department at Circuit City, where he led the company’s national real estate acquisition efforts.
Mr. Tussey received a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Richmond.
