Bio
Prior to co-founding TriStar in 1999, Michael was a real estate attorney who transitioned to development in 1988 as the Vice President of a national shopping center developer.
For over the past 20 years, he has quarterbacked the TriStar team in over $1 billion of opportunistic and value add real estate investments and developments, including apartment complexes, office parks, mixed-use projects, retail centers, residential subdivision land and industrial parks, including Gateway Commerce Center (one of the largest industrial parks in the United States).
In coordination with the TriStar team, Michael is responsible for TriStar's investment process. In this capacity he participates in strategy planning, transaction structuring, due diligence, underwriting, capital raising and investor relations.
