Michael Tolliver was born and raised in Chicago and has been a Licensed Illinois broker since 2004. Prior to joining CRER, Michael Tolliver was a founding member of Paradigm Realty and, most recently, a Senior Commercial Broker at First Western Properties. During his tenure, he distinguished himself as a top commercial real estate broker, assisting various local banks in disposing REO assets, facilitating note sales and short sales, as well as working with institutional investors in acquiring various portfolios of properties. His main focus and expertise is the disposition of multifamily and retail properties throughout the Chicagoland area.
