Michael Thum is a Senior Vice President with The Retail Connection. He focuses on tenant representation and project leasing throughout the southwest. He has consistently been named top producer for the past few years.
Thum has over 25 years of retail real estate experience. His expertise representing both landlords and tenants transactions has consistently enabled him to maximize the profitability of his clients’ real estate programs.
His client relationships include high profile national brands such as Maurices, Shoe Carnival, Dunkin’ Donuts, PPG Paints, Visionworks, Carter’s, Cowboy Chicken, and Creme de la Creme. Michael is also part of a team that helped implement the national expansion strategy for Visionworks.
He is a graduate of Tulane University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers [ISCS]. Michael is married and has three sons.
