Michael Tatum has over a decad of real estate experience representing single and multi-location Tenants throughout the United States. During his career, Michael has represented clients on purchase and lease transactions exceeding 8-million square feet, with roughly 3-million square feet of those transactions being healthcare related.
He has assisted Clients in multi-state expansion and consolidation strategies, site selection, development, build-to-suits, acquisitions, dispositions, economic development incentives and feasibility analysis. Michael’s extensive experience representing Tenants has equipped him with the industry knowledge to carry out the most difficult scenarios for his Clients.
Michael is a native of Dallas, Texas where he and his wife Ashley currently reside with their two boys. He graduated from Baylor University where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta and earned a joint degree in Real Estate and Finance. Michael served as a Board Member of the Baylor Bear Foundation through 2016.
