Michael is a Principal with EDGE Realty Partners in Dallas advising tenants such as The Kroger Company, Urban Air Adventure Park, Stage Department Stores, Hibbett Sports, The Tile Shop and Kona Grill. Michael also serves as an outsourced Real Estate Manager for numerous clients throughout the Central United States. Michael specializes in shopping center leasing, pad site acquisitions/dispositions, big box leasing/dispositions, land sales, medical and investment deals for private clients. Prior to joining EDGE, Michael was with Staubach Retail for seven years where he was consistently named a national Top Producer. Previously, he served as Vice President of Trammell Crow Company consulting national and local retail companies. Since 1996, Michael has completed over 600 lease transactions representing 13,000,000 square feet of retail space. Michael received his Bachelor of Business/Social Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and their children, Noah and Mia.
