Michael manages a portfolio of roughly 1.5 million square feet of mostly retail/office space. He is responsible for identifying, developing, building and maintaining relationships with potential tenants for vacant retail spaces . This includes national retailers, regional retailers and independent local retailers. Michael also works closely with several internal departments to ensure terms and documentations are arranged and properly executed. He develops and executes creative leasing strategies for re-tenanting, renewals, buy-outs, re-locations as well as new tenants. Maintaining and building relationships with our existing tenants is also a big priority.
