A Colorado native, Mike Shriver has been selling, leasing and developing commercial real estate for over 28 years. He specializes in the sale, leasing, development, acquisition and disposition of all types of industrial property, investment property, and all phases of commercial land. He has relationships with many financial institutions and provides extensive experience in working with distressed assets, defaulted notes and work-outs.
Mike has successfully represented national companies, developers, partnerships, syndications, private owners, users and speculators during his 28 year career. He has additional experience in built-to-suit projects, commercial condominium projects and the sale and development of commercial, residential and agricultural land.
