Mr. Schutte has over 45 years in the real estate industry as a contractor, developer and owner of commercial real estate. Since 2010, he has served as COO for Investors Associated, LLP, and has overseen the acquisition, management and disposition of more than $450,000,000 worth of property. In 2016, Mr. Schutte took on the role of President and Managing Partner of the Partnership and has established a team that handles the management of the Partnership and the maintenance and leasing of all the company's properties across six states.
