Bio
Mr. Salmon is a licensed California real estate broker and has an extensive background in real estate transactions nationwide as well as in California. Mr. Salmon is an authority in Tenant-Landlord negotiations representing corporate space users such as General Electric’s Clarient, Impac Companies, Red 5, Golden State Foods, MBK Homes, Impac Funding, Crossover Health, Americash, Zoom Health, Fieldstone Homes, Athlete’s First, Legacy Sports, Sybron Dental, Aspen Medical, AlvaradoSmith, Craig Realty Group, Kondaur Capital, Global Cash Card, Bridgeview Bank, New American Funding, Remax Professionals and MBK. Mr. Salmon’s roll your sleeves up approach and tireless work ethic has resonated with his loyal clientele.
After a four year NFL career with the San Francisco 49ers and the Buffalo Bills, Mr. Salmon has started and sold several real estate related companies in his 19 year professional career as well as closed more than $1,000,000,000 in real estate transactions. Mr. Salmon has turned down multiple offers from large real estate firms to manage and operate their Orange County offices. He likes the flexibility to choose his clients and spend as much time as they need to find their right location versus the larger firms: high pressure transaction quotas and leader boards that pose a conflict with the goals of his clients.
The Lott Trophy, one of college football’s finest awards, was founded by Mr. Salmon along with the Pacific Club Impact Foundation. In just its 6th year the foundation has distributed over $1,000,000 to needy charities and universities nationwide.
Mr. Salmon serves on the Board of the OC United Way and is the Chairman of their Annual Real Estate Event at the Balboa Bay Club. As well as on the Board of the Blind Children’s Learning Center and the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation. He is also a member of the Southern California NFL Alumni Association (Caring for Kids), USC’s Cardinal and Gold, The Tim Salmon Foundation and the College Football Hall of Fame, in which he donates his free time for each endeavor. A 1993 graduate of USC, he received degrees in Urban and Regional planning as well as Communications. While there, Mr. Salmon was on the Deans List and Honor Roll, a 4 year letterman on both the football and baseball teams, and a team captain on the Co-Champion 1993 football team. Mr. Salmon resides in Newport Coast with his wife Nina and 3 children Brooke, Jack and Nicholas.
