Michael Rossi, PE, LEED AP BD+C, is Vice President of Construction at RD Management where he is responsible for the design and construction of projects throughout the country. Michael has over 20 years of construction, engineering, and real estate development experience in both private and public sectors, with projects throughout the United States as well as Puerto Rico. He has worked on all aspects of the project development life cycle including the regulatory process, design, construction, and coordination with operators, tenants, financial institutions, and municipal agencies. He has a wide range of building and site work experience on residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, and general construction projects. In addition, Michael served on active duty as an Officer in the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri at Rolla, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), Army Engineer Association (AEA), and the U.S. Green Building Council.
