Michael Dennis Reeves is an experienced entrepreneur, business operator and developer. As a key partner in three startups over the last twenty years, he understands the complexity and the critical path of moving businesses forward and the importance of that real estate plays in the growth process.
Embarking on commercial real estate as a second career in 2007, Reeves has become an expert in the intown Atlanta commercial real estate markets. Specifically he has focused geographically within a 5 mile triangle. Anchored on the east side by the Kensington Marta station; and on the west side by the Beltline West side Trail and then south on Lee Street corridor to the Ft McPherson. This area of expertise includes the City of Decatur, the Memorial Drive corridor and West End. Reeves engages client relationships with developers looking for in-town opportunities, with property owners looking for the highest and best use for sale and business owners looking to operate near the city core.
He prides himself on in-depth understanding of the cycles of real estate and knowing where the market is in that cycle, identifying today’s opportunities and tomorrow values. He has enjoyed being a commercial Realtor at Adams for the last 8 years.
A graduate in economics from Amherst College, Reeves stared his career as an GE Financial Management Program recruit and graduate in Stamford CT at GE Capital Headquarters, From there he was transferred to Atlanta with GE.
Michael serves on the 2020 Board of Directors of the Georgia CCIM Chapter developing monthly informational programs and networking opportunities centered around the CCIM Institute’s mission. When he is not at the office or touring properties, you may find him walking his two dogs Annie and Gracie on the Freedom Parkway Trail or cycling with his spouse Elaine on the Beltline Eastside Trail. He also is a key Board Member of the Freedom Parkway Conservancy and member of the Inman Park and Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood Associations.
