Bio
Michael has been actively involved in the Canadian real estate markets since 1967. His credentials include degrees in business administration (Ryerson), FRI (Real Estate Institute of Canada), AACI (Appraisal Institute of Canada), PLE (Professional Land Economist, Ontario Association of Land Economists), P. App (Professional Appraiser) and CRP (Certified Reserve Fund Planner, Real Estate Institute of Canada). He has run several corporations and has specialized in real property appraisals and property valuations, as well as real estate marketing and sales.
Since joining The Behar Group in 2011, Michael has assisted in the continued growth of our advisory group, with a focus on development, investment analysis, land sales, and property appraisal. Other areas of specialty include: reserve fund studies, visual condition surveys, building technical audits, “Realtor” sales and marketing, property management consulting, economic advisory work, insurance appraisals, real property valuations, realty tax appeals, feasibility studies, and land development consultation.
