Michael joined Southpace in 2014 as an Associate Broker in the retail and investment division. His experience in real estate development began in Houston, Texas where he spent ten years representing national and international clients in high-rise office, healthcare, retail and industrial projects.
Michael’s background includes the past 26+ years as a principal in a marketing and communications agency, as well as leading numerous commercial and residential developments for investment partners.
As an Associate Broker, Michael will provide tenant and landlord representation for retail and investment properties, including both sales and leasing activity, in Alabama and across the Southeast.
Michael has served on the boards of numerous organizations, is a devoted community volunteer, and enjoys golf, college football and blue-water fishing. Michael and his wife Polly have three children.
