Since joining Russo in 2002, Michael has completed transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet including build-to-suit developments for clients such as the New York Stock Exchange, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Pepsi Bottling Group and SunGard among others. His achievements include maintaining a portfolio occupancy level of more than 97% during his tenure.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Delaware and is a member of 7x24 Exchange, the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokerage Association (IOREBA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
