Michael J. Moffett is a licensed real estate agent with thirty-seven (37) years of experience in his field. Michael specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial property specifically in the areas of office, industrial, land, investments and build-to-suits. He represents both Seller/Landlord and Buyer/Tenants. In 1999-2001, 2004-2008, and 2011-2024 Michael has been awarded the Circle of Distinction award by COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL as one of the top Agents in the nation with 2000 & 2005 being Platinum Distinctions. Predominantly a Napa Valley resident since 1976, Michael and his wife, Marian, have raised three wonderful children and have two beautiful grandchildren.. He served as President of the Napa Valley Economic Development Corporation, a couple terms on the board and for 14 years served as the Director of their annual golf tournament and as a primary fundraiser for the organization. He is a member of the Napa Chamber of Commerce and served on the Financial Oversight Committee to review the Napa County Flood Control And Water Conservation District for multiple terms. Michael is a Past Active of the Active 20-30 Club of Napa and served as Treasurer for Solano Commercial Brokers for two terms.
