CAREER SUMMARY
Mike McOsker has been leasing and selling commercial real estate in
Hampton Roads since 1987, representing landlords and tenants in transactions involving land and
retail, office and flex space.
He has negotiated transactions of all sizes with retailers and office users,
including restaurants, clothing stores, fitness centers, beauty salons, medical
and dental offices as well as light manufacturers and government contractors.
He also has worked hands-on with landlords and tenants on
property management projects and has supervised the buildout of many
office and retail spaces. Before entering commercial real estate, Mr.
McOsker was in public relations and spent eight years in the newspaper
business as a reporter and an editor.
