Michael Mahoney specializes in Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services including corporate lease and purchase/sale representation of commercial real estate on a local, regional and institutional level in North County San Diego and the surrounding submarkets. Michael focuses on providing client-driven and strategic real estate advisory services which provide superior results for his clients. He has extensive experience representing property owners and corporate tenants in all phases of negotiations and real estate brokerage, including pre-leasing new construction/ground-up development, repositioning assets, site selection/corporate leasing, build-to-suits and investment/owner-user sales. With almost 20 years of real estate brokerage experience, Michael has been involved in over 1,500 lease and purchase transactions and is considered an expert in the submarkets where his efforts are focused.
