Born in Taiwan, my family and I moved to NYC when I was 6. Our family moved to Bergen County, NJ after 2 years and I have lived in the NJ/NYC area ever since. I have spent my time in the area working in the fashion industry in planning, logistics, and operations, managing budgets, forecasts, and properties for companies with less than 50 people to companies with thousands of employees worldwide. I specialize in the Hudson County, where I currently reside, and Bergen County areas, but have also worked with clients in Monmouth/Ocean, Essex, and Passaic Counties. My background in business planning and analysis gives me the experience to understand trends in price, value and help owners and buyers position their property in a manner to maximize value and minimize time spent in the market. Using the latest resources for data collection and analysis, I can provide up to date pictures of where the market has been and where it is going, and how that impacts you.
