Mike Lindemann specializes in providing comprehensive retail services for his clients. His areas of focus include tenant representation services for national, regional and local tenants, both pad users and in-line and developer services for local and national developers, and generating tenants for both lifestyle centers and big box developments. He also actively pursues retail land listings for retail centers and mixed-use developments throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Mr. Lindemann has completed over 200 lease and sale transactions throughout his career, valued at $160 million. He is known for his positive attitude, exceptional focus and creativity.
Mr. Lindemann joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2013 from CBRE, Inc., where he had specialized in retail project leasing. In 2010, the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) ranked Mr. Lindemann at number seven among top retail brokers and recognized him as a Heavy Hitter for completing over $10 million in transactions that year.
