A graduate of the College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri – St. Louis, Mike brings a passion for financial analysis and valuation to the table in his role as a Net Lease Advisor. Mike’s experience assessing the fair market value of greater than 1 billion dollars in fair market rent studies and triple net leases while working for regional and national accounting firms enables him to quickly understand the needs of the individual real estate investor. With this knowledge, and experience in industrial, multi-tenant, retail, office building, he sets out to find properties in full alignment with their investment goals, timing, and risk tolerance.
