Michael Joseph, Senior Vice President has over twenty years of experience in the sales and leasing of commercial properties in Santa Clara and Alameda Counties. He specializes in full service Office and Industrial Leasing and Sales of investment-grade properties. Prior to joining Silverstone Commercial, Michael was with Meacham Oppenheimer, Inc. and before that with Ritchie Commercial, Inc., where he was consistently one of the top producers each year. Over the past two decades, Michael has represented various landlords in the leasing out their office and industrial properties, from 10,000-150,000 square foot multi-tenant office properties, to multi-acre yards and large warehouses. He has also represented tenants of all sizes in acquiring new or expansion/relocation spaces from 5,000 square feet of office to 80,000 square foot manufacturing/warehouse facilities. He has represented banks (such as Sterling Savings Bank)in the disposition of their portfolio of office and industrial properties. Michael is an active member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers and San Jose Downtown Association. He also holds a MBA in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve, Weatherhead School of Management and a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Finance from University of the Pacific.
