Michael P. Jakubiec, CCIM, President and Designated Managing Broker, has been in the commercial real estate business for nearly 30 years. He was awarded the CCIM designation, commonly referred to as the “PhD” of the commercial real estate industry. Fewer than 5% of all commercial real estate practitioners internationally hold this designation. He initiated his MBA at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He also holds a BS in Economics from the Northern Illinois University. He has completed numerous continuing education classes that focus on taxation and tax implications of commercial real estate. He is an instructor for the Iowa Realtors Association on the subject of commercial real estate. He is a licensed broker in the states of Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa.
