Because of Kentucky’s Broker education requirements, Mike’s buyers receive real estate service backed with knowledge of Kentucky law, real estate ethics, and financing know-how. With Mike, his clients get more than an agent, they get a real estate agent and a Broker. He has been involved in real estate, home loans, and property management for more than 30 years.
Mike founded Red Edge and RedEdgeLive.com when he saw Louisville’s need for a technology-driven home search approach for buyers.
Michael has close to 20 years’ experience managing surveying services in Houston and surrounding areas for numerous private developers, engineering firms, architects, utility contractors and public sector entities such as Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County Flood Control District, City of Houston, University of Houston, Houston Independent School District, North Fort Bend Water Authority, San Jacinto River Authority and many local Municipal Utility Districts. Michael is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography in 1997.
