Michael Glickstein, CCIM serves as vice president associate broker of Pacific Coast Commercial/TCN ("PCC") - San Diego one of the top 8 brokerage networks in the USA . Glickstein is an extremely motivated, seasoned professional and top producing multifamily and investment broker. He has over 25 years as a broker, property manager, investor and syndicator. During the period prior to joining PCC Glickstein was the No. 1 saleperson at GVA IPC worldwide.
Having been through several real estate cycles an area of sub-specialization for Glickstein is foreclosures, workouts, short sales and sales of Bank Real Estate Owned (REO). Glickstein has worked with and for such institutions as the RTC, Bank Of America, OCWEN Federal Bank, Freddie Mac, Glendale Federal Bank, California Federal Bank, 1st Federal, La Jolla Bank, Mission federal Credit Union and International Savings to name a few.
Glickstein is often cited in numerous periodical and trade publications and has published articles in such publications as the San Diego Daily transcript and has been a frequent radio guest discussing real estate topics.

Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, Glickstein was an engineer and executive of NCR Corporation acting as a consultant, manufacturing engineer and operating a contract testing facility and CAD training.
An avid open ocean swimmer, Glickstein is a 20 year veteran and sponsor of the La Jolla Rough Water Swim and LJRWS Children’s Events.
