Michael is responsible for real estate acquisitions and land development for all Landtec endeavors and is constantly seeking new opportunities for Landtec Companies. A licensed commercial real estate broker, Mr. Garzoni oversaw the disposition of K-mart Corporation’s excess properties and is a specialist in the acquisition of vacant land and golf courses. He also provides full service real estate consulting as a liaison to financial institutions and corporations. Mr. Garzoni holds a law degree from the University of Detroit.
