Bio
As a trusted, caring, knowledgeable, and experienced real estate professional, Michael never loses site of his client’s objectives while guiding them through the processes of purchasing and selling homes and investment properties. Michael moved to Philadelphia in 2005 after living in NYC for 20 years where he was an art and architectural antique dealer. His introduction into real estate began with space planning and project managing several NY galleries and two sculpture gardens in Manhattan. During that time, he purchased a historic property in Brooklyn, and served as his own GC overseeing a full gut renovation, converting a former commercial building into his family’s home. A few investment properties followed. He quickly realized he had a better understanding of the real estate process than the agents he encountered along the way. His broker agreed and encouraged him to get into real estate. Upon moving to Philadelphia, Michael began assisting buyers and sellers with a focus on historic properties in Center City. His knowledge of construction and renovation led him to working with buyers and developers of new construction projects in some of the expanding area markets, including Fishtown, Northern Liberties, Brewerytown and South Philadelphia. Over the years, he has expanded his knowledge and practice to include the communities along the Wissahickon and the Main Line. Michael defines his practice as relationship based. He success comes from seeing his clients for who they are, meeting them at whatever point they are in the process, establishing the care and trust that is critical to a successful transaction, instilling them with the knowledge they need to make good decisions, and leading the daily effort required to achieve his client’s goals.
