Bio
Michael joined The Pratt Company in 2000 and as the company's CFO, is responsible for the financial oversight of the company. Not satisfied with solely number crunching, Michael also actively participates in all new development activities of the company. Prior to joining The Pratt Company, Michael spent two years as a retail specialist with TRI Commercial in San Francisco. While at TRI, he successfully represented both retailers and landlords in a number of lease and sale transactions, both in suburban and urban markets throughout the Bay Area. Michael believes strongly in the need for responsible, sustainable real estate development. A guiding principal is that we can create attractive and successful retail and mixed-use projects that contribute to local economies while minimizing the environmental impact. He earned his BA at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He maintains an active California Real Estate Salespersons license and lives in Berkeley with his wife and two young children
