Michael is a Senior Managing Director in Savills Tampa office, providing integrated transaction, advisory services and workplace solutions for corporate occupiers. For both space acquisition and disposition, in the Tampa Bay Area or across regional markets, his focus is on achieving the best economic terms for clients, while aligning space use with tactical and strategic operational objectives.
Michael joined Savills in 2021 with over 20 years of experience, and has completed over 400 assignments with over 100 clients, totaling over 7 million SF. In his previous role, as First Vice President, Tampa for CBRE, he advised both private and public sector clients across industries and asset classes – from financial services and technology, and from technology to local, state and federal government As a measure of his client service, he completed multiple engagements in multiple markets for the same clients over many years.
