Michael Dubin serves as Executive Managing Director of Helmsley Spear, LLC. Mr. Dubin, a lawyer by training and a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Dubin has spent his entire career structuring, negotiating and executing real estate transactions, as well as providing a full complement of advisory services. During his more than three decades in commercial real estate. Mr. Dubin has represented scores of companies in every industry, developing a specialty in representing clients in the healthcare, not for profit, and education industries. Mr. Dubin’s client roster includes leading hospitals such as Lenox Hill Hospital, Continuum Healthcare, Mount Sinai Health Systems, Hospital for Special Surgery, NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation (HHC), in addition to many other area hospitals. His healthcare niche also extends to insurance companies, medical equipment manufacturers, and hundreds of both group and individual medical practices. Over the course of his career, Mr. Dubin has facilitated transactions on the brokerage side in excess of ten million square feet and has managed a portfolio of approximately six million square feet of space as a leasing or sales agent. Mr. Dubin brings to every new real estate assignment a degree of expertise and a depth of experience unrivaled in the New York Metropolitan Area. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association. He received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Journalism from Boston University and his Juris Doctor from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. Mr. Dubin and his wife live in Purchase, N.Y. They have three adult children.
