Born and raised in Raleigh, Michael graduated from East Carolina University in 2014. Michael has an unending energy and passion for helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. In his first year at a triangle-based, commercial real estate firm Michael completed 17 commercial transactions. He joined his father at Deaton in 2015 in an effort to expand the firm’s general commercial real estate and investment brokerage services. After just two years with Deaton, Michael was responsible for nearly $100 million in apartments sales.
Michael lives in Raleigh where he enjoys and active lifestyle. He gets grief for eating tuna fish in the office and trying to convince others that kale taste good.
