Michael Buchan began his commercial real estate career with Avison Young in Vancouver after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia in 2008. Michael specializes in the acquisition and disposition of all commercial investment property types including development land, multi-family, office, and retail assets throughout Metro Vancouver.
Michael believes in the client-centric model he has developed to fully assess each client's commercial real estate needs and situation before setting forth a detailed execution strategy to accomplish the desired objectives. His strong analytical and negotiation skills have allowed him to provide clients with unmatched service through the execution of strategic solutions, continually exceeding clients’ expectations.
