At LANE4, Michael focuses on identifying and securing new investment opportunities, as well as managing our firm’s current assets. In addition to working closely with LANE4 President Owen Buckley on the re-development of the 95th and Metcalf project, Michael has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of LANE4 projects totaling over $200 million. Additionally, he has completed over $30 million in investment sales, representing both buyers and sellers. He works to cultivate new equity and debt partners, both nationally and in Kansas City. Michael’s proven track record combined with his experience and ability to secure investment opportunities provides an ideal background for his role leading our investment portfolio. Before joining the LANE4 team in January 2013, Michael served as Vice President of Asset Management for Lincoln Property Company in Chicago, IL. There, he was responsible for the portfolio management of Class A office properties totaling approximately $827 million throughout the United States. Prior to serving in the asset management role, he served as the analyst for a $1 billion nationwide portfolio of industrial properties. In both roles at Lincoln, he was involved in the full life cycle of real estate investments. Michael began his real estate career at Weybridge Capital Investors as an analyst for retail assets throughout the Midwest.
