Michael, in either a Tenant or Landlord representation capacity, has consummated dozens of industrial and office transactions in excess of 100,000 SF during his career. In addition, he has represented over 10 million square feet of space throughout Metropolitan Detroit for landlords. He is a licensed real estate broker. Michael exclusively tenant represented Mercy Health Services for 10 years. Corporate transactions from Mercy Health Services exceeded 1 million square feet during this period. Michael was the single point of contact for Colliers International for all General Motors-North American real estate transactions routed to Colliers International per a strategic alliance with General Motors for over seven years.
