Michael Alderman serves as Senior Vice President of Hillwood in the company’s Northeast Region. Michael is responsible for land and building acquisitions, joint ventures, development and leasing in the Northeast market.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in industrial real estate development, property management, construction, leasing and brokerage. Previously, he held positions with both public and private commercial real estate and finance companies. He has developed more than 13 million square feet and leased more than 30 million square feet of industrial buildings in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.
Prior to joining Hillwood in 2018, Michael was Vice President and Market Officer with Liberty Property Trust. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s 26 million square foot Pennsylvania industrial portfolio and more than $100 million in annual operating revenue. He was also responsible for sourcing and managing a development pipeline of more than five (5) million square feet.
