Bio
Micah joined Atlantic Retail in 2012 as a broker in the Charlotte office after a 2-year period as a retail broker with CBRE in Greenville, SC. Since that time, he has worked with a number of national and regional retailers and restaurants including McDonalds, TD Bank, Party City, Planet Fitness, Talbots, First Watch, 7-Eleven, National Vision Inc, and Chase Bank. A lifelong resident of the Carolinas, Micah’s market knowledge and transaction experience coupled with a strong attention to detail allow him to create and execute multi-market strategies for his clients.
Micah graduated from Clemson University and enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and traveling. Micah is an active member of ICSC and a CCIM candidate.
