Mia Stierheim leads the Retail Services Division at Colliers International South Florida. Her experience includes both retail and office leasing as well as surplus dispositions and investment sales. Mia’s area of expertise is in retail real estate ranging from acquisition, repositioning, leasing and sales of mixed-use projects, lifestyle centers, power centers and neighborhood centers throughout the state of Florida. Mia and her dedicated team of skilled professionals are committed to insuring that they have highly satisfied loyal clients by understanding their real estate needs and investment goals. She is a member of the Distressed Assets Group and the national CART (Colliers Asset Resolution Team) which focuses on working with lenders disposing of retail, office, land, hotel and multifamily assets. Mia’s keen understanding and expertise in due diligence, promotional marketing, repositioning, leasing objectives and financial analysis are a proven combination to what makes an asset desirable. She has established professional relationships with private and institutional investors as well as numerous national retailers.
