Merrill serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the DC leasing team, where he shares the responsibility of leading the Washington, D.C. leasing team with Adam Biberaj. Together, they bring a high-level expertise to the marketing, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate, offering clients comprehensive analysis of lease terms and market information.
Having joined Lincoln Property Company in 1999, Merrill boasts an impressive track record, having successfully completed over 10 million square feet of lease or sale transactions, with a cumulative gross value exceeding $1.3 billion. In his role, Merrill represents multiple third-party landlords and collaborates closely with numerous private sector tenants to address their real estate needs. He holds licenses in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland.
