Meredith Holzemer is Managing Director of Development for the Seattle market. Ms. Holzemer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, due diligence, and eventual disposition for Mill Creek communities. She has over ten years of multifamily development experience in the Seattle region.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. Holzemer was a Project Manager at Lorig Associates, a family-owned real estate firm in Seattle, where she managed multifamily, condominium, and mixed-use development projects totaling over $300 million.
Ms. Holzemer received a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Washington.
