Mercedes Barsh joined The Telos Group, LLC in November 2018. Mercedes previously spent nine years with BECO Management where she was Vice President of Leasing, overseeing the South and Midwest division and responsible for the leasing of over 3,500,000 SF of office space between Charlotte, NC and Chicago, IL. Mercedes has negotiated and executed numerous noteworthy transactions of large scale including AXA Equitable (290,000 SF), Aon (218,000 SF), Allstate (217,000 SF), Wells Fargo (198,000 SF) and Areva, Inc. (180,000 SF). Prior to her time at BECO Management, Mercedes was with Colliers Pinkard, working on both Landlord and Tenant Representation. Mercedes holds a Bachelor’s degree specializing in Journalism and History from Loyola University, Maryland.
