Melody Holmes-Torres began her brokerage career at NAI SunVista August 2022. After working as a Residential broker for a short time, she decided to follow her dreams of going into Commercial Real Estate. Melody currently specializes in Retail Properties with a strong love for the industrial side of commercial Real Estate.
Melody owned a successful retail business in Nob Hill of Albuquerque in early 2001 for several years and a small fitness studio in 2020 which gave her a strong passion for helping other business grow in New Mexico. She uses her 22 years expertise in business and SunVista’s amazing network of tools and advisors to help her clients find the best fit for their needs.
Melody came to Albuquerque from Boise, Idaho in 2000. She began her most important role when she became a mom in 2008. When not working, you can find her hanging out with her husband and children, researching real estate, biking outdoors and snowboarding. She also loves reading and writing books.
