Melissa Sedevie, wife, mother of 2, part of a large network of family and friends, and blessed to be an Illinois Real Estate Broker with American Realty! Melissa came to the Sycamore/DeKalb area from Wisconsin for her husband’s job with Northern Illinois University Athletics, but couldn’t be happier to call Sycamore home! Melissa believes that a home is not just a structure you live in, but a place you make a life and she wants to bring that perfect home to each and every person she works with.
Melissa has 5+ years of Property Management experience, as well as working the past 7 years as a Sponsorship Coordinator for one of the country’s largest sports marketing companies, Learfield. Melissa brings, not only property/real estate experience, but marketing, contract knowledge, handling details, and a superior level of customer and client service!
Melissa holds an English Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, but it has been her experiences that has taught her what is truly important in life.
