Before Joining Lee & Associates, Melissa previously worked for Lillibridge Health Care Services here in Charleston. Melissa spent the last three years handling several medical office buildings located on Roper St. Francis campuses in Charleston and Mount Pleasant. MOB’s are some of the most difficult properties to manage—with very demanding tenants—so Melissa is no stranger to providing Class A property management services.
As a Lee Property Manager, Melissa assists tenants on a daily basis, handling any issues concerning all aspects of building systems, to include HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, security and more. She works to maintain Lee’s reputation for comprehensive client and customer service, and she enjoys building and nurturing relationships with owners, tenants and vendors. Melissa is currently pursuing her CPM designation.
In her spare time, Melissa loves to read, watch her kids’ sports activities, get out on the water, and watch Gamecock football.
