Born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Melissa was surrounded by real estate and the construction business her entire life. Melissa’s father was a real estate developer in Hot Springs, and her mother taught at Lake Hamilton Schools for 34 years. After graduating from Lake Hamilton High School, Melissa followed in her mother’s footsteps and chose a career in education. Melissa received a Bachelor of Science in Education and a master’s in special education from Henderson State University.
Melissa taught for 10 years at Lakeside Middle School, and although she loved teaching and her students, life began calling me in a new direction. The decision to leave education proved to be very difficult. However, Melissa has been fortunate enough to find a new passion in helping others.
Being a native of Hot Springs, Melissa is very familiar with the community, local lakes, and the surrounding areas. She is also knowledgeable about the local school districts and their communities.
Melissa’s previous experience includes rental properties, investment properties, owner financing, commercial properties, custom homes, land, first-time home buyers, and all aspects of buying and selling real estate.
